Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Procurement Coordinator
with
2 to 4 years
of experience in procurement processes, particularly in managing the
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
MS Excel
and
P2P tools

Key Responsibilities:
1. RFI, RFQ & RFP Management
Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing
Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
to suppliers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and evaluation criteria.
Ensure all RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs comply with
company policies, industry standards, and regulations
.
2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination
Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential
vendors
based on sourcing needs.
Maintain and update an
organized supplier database
with key contact details, pricing, and contract information.
Support the
supplier pre-qualification and onboarding
processes.
Continuously explore and identify
new suppliers
to enhance procurement options.
3. Procurement Documentation & Compliance
Draft, organize, and maintain procurement documentation,
and supplier performance records
.
Ensure adherence to
internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements
.
Track and manage
contract renewals, extensions, and performance metrics
.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in in procurement or purchasing roles & ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in French and German (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
