Roles & Responsibilities:

Working closely with the

Maintenance

and

Project

teams

to understand material needs and specifications.

Managing relationships with existing suppliers and developing new, long-term vendor partnerships.

Sourcing material for fabrication and maintenance.

Handling procurement of street light projects and its related works.

Sourcing and purchasing all type of panels, inverters and consumables.

Ensuring the materials meet the required technical specifications, quality standards, and compliance regulations.

Monitoring inventory levels and managing the logistics of material delivery to various project sites.

Project costing for domestic, Industrial and Mega projects

End to end vendor Management, including pass orders and purchase order preparation for all vendors

Ensuring timely delivery, cost control and compliance across all procurement activities.
