Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of packaging procurement Develop and implement packaging procurement strategies that align with business objectives and sustainability goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine packaging needs, including material requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with key vendors. Develop and manage supplier performance metrics to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Continuously monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost effective packaging solutions Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of packaging materials while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, design and supply chain to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials at optimal costs
