Provide winning solutions as part of the Pre - Sales process including responding to formal or informal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from existing and prospective clients.
Ability to handle Pre - Sales queries for all technical support opportunities.
This role primarily involves customer facing and customer interactions and ability to propose transformation solution in coordination with BDMs, and Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response to RFP / RFIs.
A Strong Team Player & ability to work in a team environment is MUST
Candidate must take technical ownership of solution designing Skills Good Communication and Presentation Skills Ability to convince the Customer and internal team on the solution offering.
Skills:
Must have good verbal and written communication.
Must have basic knowledge of Pre-Sales profile.
