Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound inquiries

through calls, emails, and online portals.

Qualify leads

based on interest level, budget, and location preference before passing them to the sales team. Provide

detailed information

about projects, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents. Maintain and update the

CRM database

with accurate lead information and communication history. Coordinate with the

sales, marketing, and site teams

to ensure smooth client visits and follow-ups. Conduct

telephonic, virtual, or in-person presales presentations

when required. Assist in planning and executing

promotional campaigns

, events, and exhibitions. Track and report

daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion metrics

. Ensure

exceptional customer experience

during the presales process.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of presales or tele-sales experience,

Freshers can apply too property consulting, or luxury housing

.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing ability and client-handling skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
