2-Qualifying clients as per set eligibility criterias.


3-Achieving defined TAT for Inbound and Outbound Enquiries

Lead to Walk-in Conversion

1-Generating Site Visits as per guidelines.


2-Achieving set Targets

Call Quality

1-Adhere to updated scripts as per Project guidelines.


2-Fluent and assertive in communication.


3-Convincing skills, Objection Handling

Attendance & Punctuality

1-Avoid unplanned leaves, maintain 100% attendance.
