To manage end-to-end plumbing maintenance activities under LooCare AMC Services, including preventive & breakdown maintenance, plumber mobilization, and on-site manpower coordination across multiple restroom facilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plumbing Operations & Maintenance
Handle day-to-day plumbing maintenance for restrooms under AMC.
Attend breakdown calls related to:
Water leakage
Choked drainage lines
Flush, WC, urinal & wash basin issues
Valves, pipelines, fittings & accessories
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed as per AMC scope.
2. Manpower Handling & Plumber Mobilisation
Mobilize plumbers and helpers based on complaint priority and SLA.
Allocate, monitor, and control site manpower.
Ensure timely attendance, productivity, and quality of work.
Coordinate emergency call support and night/holiday deployments.
3. IFM Coordination
Work closely with IFM teams, facility managers, and site in-charges.
Adhere to IFM SOPs, escalation matrices, and service-level agreements.
Coordinate with housekeeping, electrical, and civil teams where required.
4. Vendor & Material Management
Coordinate with plumbing vendors and subcontractors.
Ensure availability of spares, fittings, and consumables.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Support purchase requests and stock tracking.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily work reports, service logs, and AMC compliance records.
Update complaint closure status and TAT.
Support monthly MIS and client reports.
Ensure job cards, attendance, and service checklists are completed.
6. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure plumbing works comply with safety and hygiene standards.
Follow PPE usage and basic safety norms at site.
Maintain quality benchmarks set by Sprint6 & LooCare.

Candidate Profile
Educational Background
ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent.
IFM or Facility Management certification is an added advantage.
Experience
2-6 years of experience in:
Plumbing maintenance
AMC-based services
IFM operations / Facility management
Experience handling field plumbers & helpers is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of:
Plumbing systems (water supply & drainage)
Sanitary fixtures & fittings
Preventive & breakdown maintenance
Ability to read basic drawings & service layouts.
Basic mobile app / WhatsApp / Excel usage for reporting.
