Basic & Minimum Qualification
Diploma in Electrical OR ITI in Electrician from a reputed Institute
Experience:
5 to 8 years of working experience in a Pharmaceutical Formulations plant.
Location: Ankleshwar Site.
and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCarrying out preventive maintenance of all electrical installations of the Ankleshwar plant. Attending breakdown maintenance as per the work order received and log related activities in the SAP PM Module Maintaining the electrical power supply to all the function users. Support Instrument/Mechanical-related activity in case of organizational requirement. Assisting in implementing modifications / small projects. Maintaining tools/tackles properly. Upkeep of the working area as per GMP and HSE requirements. Compliance with management systems like training, equipment efficiency improvements, Timely Documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records Supervising and ensuring the execution of job work assigned to contractors as per the Company's requirements. Assist Instrument/Electrical engineer/Assistant Manager. Ensuring adherence to required Compliance, Quality & HSE systems in the area under scope and control. Carrying out activities with full compliance with the training given on cGMP and EHS Guidelines. Doing maintenance as per the SOPs Use appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out maintenance. Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions/behavior / unsafe action or other potentially hazardous situations with respect to Environment, Health, and Safety. Correcting the situation/action with the permission and guidance of the Superior or Head of the Department. Participating wholeheartedly in the Company's initiative for multi-skilling / job rotation etc. In the future, if there is a change in the reporting relationship, the reporting will be changed as per the organization's requirement In the case of inter-department or inter-location transfer job description as applicable for that position shall have to be followed.
