Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Executive to support our planning and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of written English, and an analytical mindset with a flair for working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assist in day-to-day planning operations. Prepare and send professional emails with appropriate etiquette. Analyze data, trends, and forecasts to support planning decisions. Maintain accurate reports and documentation. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist in creating schedules, plans, and timelines for projects. Ensure timely follow-ups and status tracking of deliverables.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of professional email etiquette. Good analytical and numerical skills; ability to work with data and spreadsheets. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
