Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for facade glazing works to prepare accurate cost estimates. Prepare detailed

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

, cost break-ups, and

rate analysis

for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract items. Develop and monitor

project cash flow forecasts

in line with construction schedules. Prepare

daily work reports (DWR)

and track site progress against planned targets. Carry out

quantity take-offs and measurement analysis

as per approved drawings and tender documents. Prepare

project planning and scheduling

using appropriate planning tools to ensure timely execution. Identify

extra items / variation works

, analyze their impact, and prepare corresponding rate analysis for client approval. Prepare

reconciliation statements

comparing theoretical consumption with actual material consumption for running and final bills. Assist in preparation, verification, and submission of

running account (RA) bills and final bills

. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment between estimates, execution, and billing. Maintain proper documentation related to estimation, planning, billing, and cost control.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

facade glazing systems

(unitized, stick, spider, ACP, curtain wall, etc.). Proficiency in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis. Good understanding of tendering procedures and contract documents. Ability to prepare and analyze project schedules and cash flow. Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
