We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketer. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating campaign performance, generating insights, and contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
1) Campaign Analysis:Evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, focusing on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
2) Data Interpretation:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
3) Ad Platform Management:Assist in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
4) Budget Monitoring:Support the monitoring of campaign budgets and pacing, providing recommendations for efficient resource allocation.
Contribute to budget optimization strategies based on performance analysis.
Qualifications
Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis
Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEM, and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
