OverviewThe role focuses on managing paid campaigns across platforms to generate leads and drive sales for D2C brands and other business units. The candidate should understand paid media strategy, campaign setup, daily optimisation, and performance tracking.Primary Responsibilities- Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, X Ads and other social platforms- Execute and scale eCommerce and quick commerce ad campaigns- Work with ad networks to increase reach, conversions and ROI- Conduct daily optimisation across budgets, creatives, targeting and bidding strategies- Monitor campaign performance, improve CPL, CAC and ROAS- Manage remarketing, audience segmentation and funnel based paid flowsSecondary Responsibilities- Set up and maintain Meta Ad Accounts, Google Ads accounts and ad workflows- Implement GA4 tracking, GTM tags and event based measurement- Assist in landing page setup, pixel integration and attribution tracking- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionsFocus Areas- Lead generation and funnel optimisation- D2C performance marketing and revenue growth- Scaling paid campaigns through experimentation and data backed decisionsAdded Skills (not mandatory)- SEO understanding for overall growth alignment- Data analysis and dashboard building- Basic knowledge of CRO and website A/B testing- Experience working with Shopify, WordPress or custom CMS (ref:updazz.com)
