Position Summary Need Payroll team member for H2R Payroll Team. SAP HCM ECC 6.0 /SAP Payroll Knowledge is must. Candidate willing to travel Plant locations (30% Travel). Education Graduation in Commerce MBA in Finance Work Experience SAP HCM ECC 6.0/SAP Payroll knowledge is must. Independently able to handle New Project and UAT. Should have idea about SAP system configuration. India Payroll and Income tax experience is require. Able to handle Income tax and payroll related query. Mast have good knowledge about MS. Excel and MS. Power point. Should have good communication skills. Experience of handling payroll operations for large volume of employees. Ability to handle confidential information Good analytical skills. Ability to flexible with job duties and scope of work. Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations. Managing internal systems and reports to resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders.
