Analyze client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
Travel Coordination:
Organize travel plans from start to finish, including tickets, accommodations, and rental transportation.
Information Supply:
Provide clients with essential travel information and materials (guides, maps, event programs).
Financial Management:
Collect deposits, balance payments, and maintain financial records.
Promotion:
Utilize promotional techniques and materials to sell tour packages.
Problem Solving:
Address unforeseen issues and complaints, determining eligibility for refunds.

Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Holiday Consultant
Strong knowledge of travel destinations and trends.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
