Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Executive for our Outbound Tour Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing international travel itineraries for clients. You will play a key role in ensuring memorable travel experiences while managing all logistics, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell outbound tour packages to international destinations. Handle client inquiries, suggest suitable itineraries, and provide destination guidance. Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, and hotels to secure bookings. Provide pricing, quotations, and follow up on leads. Prepare all travel-related documentation (e.g., visas, insurance, tickets). Ensure all services are delivered as per client expectations. Handle pre-departure briefings and on-trip support if required. Maintain knowledge of current travel trends and destination updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). Other degrees also acceptable Min 1-2 years of experience in outbound travel operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel trends. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Customer-first attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
