Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supply Chain

Oversee procurement, inventory, order management, and delivery logistics Analyse operational bottlenecks and implement lean, efficient systems Support vendor coordination, quality checks, and order lifecycle management Improve SLA adherence and ensure seamless coordination with production

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical ability with a data-driven mindset Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and CRM software Creativity in brand storytelling and customer experience Passion for innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term thinking
