Your Role


As a

Senior Specialist in Operations & Strategy

, the focus is on ensuring operational compliance and efficiency through audits and process optimization. Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the team to align with organizational objectives, analyzing audit findings to develop strategic improvements, and mentoring the team to uphold high standards. Additionally, detailed reporting on performance metrics and collaboration with stakeholders help drive alignment between property operations and broader organizational goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

Conduct regular property operations audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Oversee the end-to-end performance management of the property operations team. Define, implement, and monitor Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the property operations team. Ensure the team meets established KRAs and deliverables within deadlines. Analyze audit findings to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the property operations team for optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement property operations strategies. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on audit results, team performance, and operational metrics. A graduate degree in any discipline, as well as advanced certifications in operations or related fields, are a plus. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in property operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or specialist role. Proven expertise in audit processes, performance management, and KRA implementation.
