Maintain updated records of customer complaints and communications across all channels.
Handle escalations from clients through Credit Bureaus (CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, CRIF) and RBI.
Identify root causes by verifying LMS, bureau portals, and historical documentation.
Communicate resolutions clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholders (email/phone).
Track closure status of each grievance/communication.
Credit Bureau Reporting & Data Quality
Manage fortnightly credit bureau reporting submissions in required formats.
Track bureau responses, monitor data quality issues, and coordinate modifications with branches.
Conduct random checks of records to ensure bureau data accuracy.
Liaise with branches and departments for corrections and updates.
Regulatory & MIS Reporting
Prepare weekly summaries of complaints and escalations for publishing on website.
Share timely bureau status and data quality reports with management.
Finance & Expense Tracking
Review monthly invoices related to common facilities like Credit Report, Bank Statement Analysis, SMS Charges
Split and allocate costs branch-wise for accounting purposes.
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Credit Bureaus (CIBIL, Equifax, Experian, CRIF) preferred.
Familiarity with LMS software and loan product lifecycle.
