Role Overview



Aum Sah Foundation is seeking a proactive and motivated Operations & Engagement Executive to work directly with the Director. This is a high-impact, mission-critical role that combines operations, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground event support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership to ensure smooth execution of both day-to-day activities and large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Work closely with the Director to support daily operations and ensure timely execution of tasks. Coordinate with stakeholders for Katha tourism and other initiatives of Aum Sah Foundation. Manage collections, bookings, backend operations, and reconciliations. Provide administrative and operational support for events across multiple locations. Liaise with vendors, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Track and convert leads provided by the Foundation, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship building. Travel to event locations as needed to coordinate and oversee on-ground operations. Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation to ensure effective communication across functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proficiency in

Gujarati, Hindi, and English (verbal and written).

1-3 ONLY

years of experience in operations, event management, customer support, or related fields. Strong command of MS Excel, with the ability to work with data and reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in event management, operations, or customer support is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
