? Purpose of Position
Organizes the audit, according to contract specification (audit time and auditor allocation according to the scope)
and level of risk defined at contract review stage) as described Production, Audit Preparation).The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.
? Major Responsibilities
As a professional, carry out all activities related to profession in accordance with BV code of ethics and confidentiality requirements
Back office activities - including planning / organizing audits in accordance with ISO 19011, Bureau Veritas Management System and BVC India Operations Manual
To keep self-updated with latest regulatory requirements & technologies pertaining to sectors/ schemes under audit
To monitor entire audit cycle - From planning to reporting / invoicing
To cooperate and coordinate with audit team / Sales Team / Invoicing team during the audit
To manage / inform reporting line / Audit team leader for any unexpected situation faced during the audit. (Examples - less time available for audit against planned due to situations beyond control, audit cancellation, any dispute during the audit on finding etc.)
To inform schedules to client / Audit Team.
To maintain & protect assets of company - laptop and other accessories and any other
To submit Travel & Expenses (T&E) statements in timely manner (To coordinate with Auditors / Team members for timely submission of expenses details)
To adhere to terms and conditions agreed at the time of acceptance of appointment letter
To coordinate with the technical function for ensuring audit, qualifications and reporting is followed in line with LTO.
To support sales to pass on any business leads coming across industry.
? Roles & Responsibilities for HSEMust comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.

? Qualification and Experience
Science / Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 6-8 yrs of industry experience with min. 2 yrs experience in conducting 2nd or 3rd party audits.
Knowledge of ISO 17021 & ISO 17065 requirements.
Conversant with the terminology and the principles of the relevant standards
Knowledge of Generic certification processes for different products in MS.
Knowledge of applicable accreditation scheme rules.
Knowledge related to BVC Product coding system and technical areas.
Knowledge for allocating appropriately qualified auditors in relation to the client's contracted standard/s and scope.
Knowledge to use the correct experts/specialists in specific disciplines to supplement audit team's technical
