Skills, Experience & Personality Fitment for this Profile Must have hands-on experience and should be comfortable in operating a laptop, tablet and mobile devices. Can travel to project locations comfortably via metro, auto, cabs. Ability to work as per instructions of the reporting manager. Should possess license for two wheeler mandatorily and must have experience in riding a two wheeler safely in busy traffic of the city. Ability to drive a four wheeler will be preferred but not mandatory. Openness to doing hands on work and possessing abilities to work fast but with accuracy and precision as per SOPs. Openness to work at odd hours depending on the project delivery requirement as and when needed along with the team. Must have an attention to detail and should be someone who can listen, understand requirements, follow SOPs and deliver as expected. Role and Responsibilities of this Profile \xe2\x97\x8f At iDream Education, we work with schools, NGOs and students to deliver tablet, mobile and Smart Class based digital learning solutions. For every project we receive, we have to deliver hardware, digital content with the learning application on a SD Card or a Pen Drive. \xe2\x97\x8f Upon receiving project requirement, your first task will be to manage creating multiple copies of the SD Card or the pen drive preloaded with the digital content and the learning application, or other applications as required in the project \xe2\x97\x8f For tablet based projects, insert the SD Cards in the tablets, install the application, test it and have it ready for delivery \xe2\x97\x8f Carefully take out License Keys from our backend system and paste it on the tablets or the Pen Drives \xe2\x97\x8f Pack all material to be delivered in the project \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with the courier companies to ensure all material is picked up from our location, we get the tracking receipt and then track the material till it reaches the project location. To keep your project manager informed at all stages \xe2\x97\x8f Manage all stock available and ensure that the stock register is always updated whenever material comes in or goes out \xe2\x97\x8f Travel to schools based on project requirement and help field teams for the digital learning set up \xe2\x97\x8f We would prefer people who can build up their skills to conduct training for the teachers and students. This would involve understanding our products, its key benefits and being able to communicate well in the local language" Some Important Aspects of this Profile you should know This role would involve a lot of self-driven sharp and focussed work with end-to-end responsibility of the Projects Delivery. We are in a fast growth phase and therefore the need of the hour is a hands-on and fast paced approach to work with best of skills/communication and discipline. This role requires very responsible and efficient communication in all formats, verbal, written, messaging, email and documentation. We aspire to onboard an Executive - School Growth, who wishes to spend at least 2 to 3 years in learning and growing with us at iDream Education.
