Role Definition - Export Executive/ Operation executive in International marketing department

Operation :

To execute orders effectively and efficiently right from the order confirmation till the receipt of documents , goods as per agreed quality ,full payment in time ensuring satisfaction of customer, channel partner ,supplier and sales person.

Role deliverables:

Support to sales person in Pre- Sales activities Support to sales person in Post- Sales activities Understanding order from Sales person Timely receipt and verification of Advance/ LC Ensuring timely production Assuring committed quality Ensuring timely shipment and arrivals of cargo Providing correct documents timely Ontime receipt of balance /LC payments Timely dispatch of Required Documents Live-wire updation of Teams Business Any deviations in the above steps has to be communicated proactively to the respective person who will get impacted or can make an impact. Structured review of pending orders ,payments , commission, shipment and documents arrivals

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of working experience in Export documentation, Export operation

SAP working experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
