Qualification: Graduate in Law/Commerce/Arts (with exposure to land revenue work)

Job Purpose :

To support the land acquisition and compliance team by handling day-to-day operations such as land record verification, documentation, and liaison with government authorities for revenue and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining land records including Khasra, Khatauni, Jamabandi, and Mutation. Support land acquisition due diligence and documentation. Follow up with government offices (Patwari, Tehsildar, UDH, Municipality, etc.) for approvals and compliance. Prepare and maintain records related to RERA, UDH, and other real estate regulations. Support senior team members in land conversion, demarcation, and zoning approvals. Maintain updated compliance trackers, MIS, and documentation for internal and statutory purposes. Assist in resolving day-to-day land-related issues and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Competencies

Basic knowledge of land revenue processes, mutation, and compliance requirements. Good communication and liaisoning skills with local authorities. Strong documentation and record-keeping ability. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of land acquisition and compliance.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
