We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Office Administrator
to join our team at
IWP - Indian Wedding Planners (A Unit of AMK Hospitality IPL)
. This role requires a proactive and efficient professional who can manage executive-level coordination, communication, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Efficiently manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
Arrange travel and accommodation plans
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Oversee office administration, inventory, and clerical staff performance
Prepare and format memos, emails, presentations, and reports
Take minutes during meetings and manage office filing systems
Screen and direct phone calls while managing daily correspondence
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 3
years
as an
Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong
organizational & time management
abilities
Excellent English
verbal & written communication skills
Ability to
multitask & prioritize effectively
High level of
discretion & confidentiality
Strong
follow-up skills
