Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: . Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about banking products and services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. . Compliance and Documentation: . Adhere to the bank\'s policies and procedures while processing customer requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. . Product Knowledge: . Stay updated on the bank\'s product offerings and services. Assist customers in understanding and selecting the most suitable banking products. . Shift Flexibility: . Be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required by the job. Qualifications: Graduate with all marksheets in hand. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Age below 30 years. Prior experience in BPO calling or customer service is preferred. Demonstrated job stability in previous roles. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
