Conduct toolbox talks, issue permits (hot work, height work, confined space), ensure safety systems.Production Monitoring:
Achieve daily targets, monitor heating/cooling profiles, reactor parameters (temperature, pressure), cycle times.Quality Control:
Online batch checks, sample analysis, SAP entries, assist in RCA for deviations.Maintenance Coordination:
Generate breakdowns in SAP, implement LOTO, handover machines for PM.Process Improvement:
Participate in Kaizen, RCA, and improvement projects.
