? Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
? Prepare Payroll related reports
Employee Life Cycle Activities
? Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter
Recruitment
? Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
? Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants
? Handle Walk-in interviews
? Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate
Training Administration
? Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records
Zero Payroll errors

? Process payments for external trainers
Statutory Compliances
? File monthly statutory returns
? Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law
? Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors

? Generate various monthly MIS reports
Contract Labour
? Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
