I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Executive / Senior Executive - IPMC Dispatch
Reporting Supervisor

II. JOB PURPOSE
Ensuring overall responsibility of the Financial Management of the Hospital , including helping in navigation of the business, Preparation of adequate MIS, budgeting and ensuring budgetary controls, implementation of internal controls, accounting & monitoring compliances.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Core Responsibilities -
Patient Care/ Customer Care/ Community Care

  • Help people to adhere to Unit's policies & practices and provide prompt services to external & internal customer.
Process/Documentation/ Compliance
  • Preparation of Budgets & implementation of budgetary controls.
  • Generation of MIS and Analytics w.r.t to the Operations of the Hospital.
  • Implementation & Compliance of Internal Policies/ Process/accounting standards/ IFRS.
  • Oversee Billing process and ensure accuracy in Billing.
  • Ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
  • Managing collection outstanding and discounts.
  • Comply with the service quality process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
  • Reduce or highlight revenue leakage or any pilferage.
  • Handle hospital information system efficiently.
  • CGHS Portal (queries/Intimations).
  • Liaising with Clinicians/Stakeholders.
Financial Cost and Revenue Contribution
  • Monitor and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Efficient utilization of working capital & optimization of resources.
  • Follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing /discount instructions.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
  • Manage Teams Efficiently and Deliver Services.
  • Meeting deadlines for providing of MIS & Analytics.
  • Minimize Billing errors and Zero revenue leakages due to the same.
  • Minimum Inventory & Receivable levels and adherence to norms.
  • Minimum adverse audit issues (statutory and internal).
  • Adherence to systems & processes.
  • Employee motivational index.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
  • o Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience
  • At least 4 - 7 years relevant experience
Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS)/Sun System/ERP
  • Should have Excellent Computer & Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to set up processes across functions and monitoring them.
Behavioural Skills

Language Skills
  • English
  • Hindi
