The Opportunity
At Worldline, our reconciliation process has much more strengthen and analytical process which enables your skill sets to be improved and it is learning area. To succeed in this role you should demonstrate process management & organizational skills and adapt to situations & problems quickly as well as juggle multiple tasks as needed.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Help to run stable and at the same time modern processes
• Work in a team that accompanies features from analysis, gap identification and publishing the MIS?s on day to day basis
• Bring your passion to try out and use while performing Reconciliation activity.
• Responsible for publishing Refund Recon MIS and keeping consistent follow-up with respective stake holders towards closure.
• Responsible for matching the transactions from Refund Download and Bank MPR and highlight exceptions to respective teams for their actionable.

• 
  Prior relevant experience in the Bank Reconciliation Activity & Fund Reconciliation & Refunds.
• Need to have expertise in identifying differences / exceptions within the provided data post mapping the multiple data files.
• Need capabilities to understand various payment methods and its functionalities to resolve the queries by seeking help from Tech Team and respective Bankers
• Strong focus on Quality of Service
• Excellent Communication Skill & Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Capable to work under pressure and handle the situation
