JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Operations and Support Specialist to play a crucial role in our growing e-commerce operations. This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist the Director with various tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the e-commerce industry to support and improve online operations. Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors, maintaining strong relationships. Assist the Director with a variety of tasks, providing support and contributing to strategic initiatives. Leverage strong exposure to e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Support the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce industry. Minimum experience- 1-3 yrs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and contribute to team goals. Experience in customer service or support roles within an e-commerce environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
