Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Manage end-to-end order execution from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth fulfillment and on-time deliveries.

Return Warehouse Inventory Management:

Oversee the operations related to returned goods, including receipt, segregation, and stock updation.
Maintain accurate records of return inventories to ensure transparency and control over available stock.

Inwarding & Identification of Return Inventory:

Supervise the inwarding process for returned items, ensuring correct tagging, identification, and categorization based on product condition and disposition.
Work closely with warehouse and quality teams to verify product status and update system records accordingly.

Listing of Return Inventory:

Prepare detailed listings of return inventory for resale, refurbishment, or liquidation based on internal policies.
Ensure that the listing data is accurate, complete, and aligned with system requirements for future sale or disposal.
