Job Title: Executive - Operation Excellence

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence. As an Executive, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring the highest level of operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency. Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations and drive cost savings. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence across the organization. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with operational goals and objectives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Operation Excellence department. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. * Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies is a plus.
