The Fulfillment Support role is responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations by coordinating with logistics partners, monitoring shipments, resolving tracking and claim issues, and managing returns. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, minimizing financial losses, and streamlining internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve tracking discrepancies, delays, and "no movement" shipments.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively follow up on exceptions.
Process and manage returned packages, ensuring timely reconciliation and restocking.
File and track claims with carriers for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Oversee data transfer between systems and ensure accuracy in logistics records.
Generate regular reports on shipment issues, claims, and returns to highlight trends and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer support, finance, IT) to resolve escalations efficiently.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations.
