Personal Assistant / Secretary

to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The ideal candidate will serve as a reliable point of coordination, ensuring seamless management of the Director's professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities



Efficiently manage the Director's

calendar

, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events. Arrange and oversee

domestic and international travel

, including ticketing, hotel reservations, visas, and itinerary planning. Prepare and organize meeting materials, draft agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions. Handle all correspondence, communication, and documentation with the highest level of confidentiality. Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance and address

miscellaneous requirements

with professionalism and discretion. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other executive-level documentation. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to enable the Director to focus on strategic priorities.

Candidate Profile



Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in administration or secretarial practices preferred.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience

as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Secretary in a corporate environment. Excellent command over

written and spoken English

; strong interpersonal and presentation skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

and digital scheduling tools. * Positive, confident, and professional demeanor with the ability to represent the office of the Director effectively.
