Job Title: Executive - Operation Excellence

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence within an organization. The Executive will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring the highest level of operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization and enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Lead and support operational projects to achieve business objectives and targets. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with operational goals. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational excellence role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
