Visit hospitals to collect required documents related to patients' claims and cases.
Verify documents for accuracy, authenticity, and completeness.
Maintain proper records of collected documents in both physical and digital formats.
Liaise with hospital staff and ensure smooth coordination for timely submission.
Follow up with hospitals for pending or missing documents.
Report discrepancies, mismatched, or fraudulent documents to the concerned authority.
Update Excel sheets / internal system regularly for tracking and reporting purposes.
Support the claims and operations team by providing accurate documentation on time.
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with hospital staff.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation procedures.
Good observation and verification skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular hospital visits.
Self-motivated, punctual, and responsible.
