Purpose of the Job

: ? Execute Preventive maintenance jobs


Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyse the reason for failures via maintwiz

Major Responsibilities

:

?Assist in implementation of predictive maintenance activities

? Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines

?Implement energy conservation projects

?Co-ordinate with production, technical and planning department for smooth work flow

? Plan and execute Improvement plans

?Provide training to workmen

?Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section / zone

?Achieve profit centre norms

?Spares management

?Assist in implementation of Sustainability projects, Energy projects and modernisation activities in co-ordination with D&S section.

?Maintenance of material handling equipments(MHE's) and lifting equipment.

?Grievance handling of subordinates

Ensure proper documentation of Maintenance Activities
