We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Executive to coordinate and manage all activities related to our Master Health Checkup program. The role involves ensuring a smooth patient experience, liaising with various departments, and maintaining accurate records for efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide patients through the Master Health Checkup process.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic departments for timely tests and consultations.
Provide information to patients about packages, procedures, and reports.
Maintain records of daily checkups and generate reports for management.
Handle patient feedback and ensure a positive service experience.
Assist in billing and payment coordination for health check packages.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
Qualification :
MHA, MBA in relevant specialization.
Experience :
1 - 5 years
