Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations. Key responsibilities includes:

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
• Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
• Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
• Preparing GTM materials for the firm
• Preparing reports for management review

Technical Excellence
The opportunity: Analyst/Sr.Analyst Sector Analyst/Sr.Analyst delivers high quality, impactful research and analysis to assigned projects that enable internal stakeholders to build client relationships, win pursuits, deliver on engagements, and strengthen the brand and reputation of EY in the industry. Senior Analysts also provide their own point of view and basic insights in deliverables and manage small to medium-sized projects. Your key responsibilities o Produce a range of analysis work, from high-level single frames to detailed reports, to support the firm's strategic decisions on industries, companies and emerging topics. o Demonstrates and applies strong subject knowledge to deliverables o Support engagement with stakeholders and internal customers to provide them with a clear perspective on the issues, challenges and opportunities in the market, through impactful research and analysis on the implications of those trends for EY and its clients o Conduct pro-active research, using primary and secondary information sources, and provide insight on industry trends, industry drivers and processes, key players and competitive environment, for internal and external use. o Produce a range of analysis work, from high-level single frames to detailed reports, to support the firm's strategic decisions on industries, companies and emerging business topics. Demonstrates and applies strong subject knowledge to deliverables o Perform valuations for management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), detailed financial modelling o Works independently with minimal guidance and independently handles production and review of deliverables - both quantitative and qualitative. Independently handle secondary research and content analysis on the assigned topic, present findings in a logical manner to formulate or support the hypotheses/ point of view o Continuously develop and hone his / her knowledge on the assigned industry and generate original ideas for research and analysis o Develop relationships with manager / senior manager-level stakeholders in account / service line and collaborate with domain customers o Identify cross-sector point of view (POV) sharing opportunities and seeks opportunities to collaborate with other domain teams on issues that cut across EY's business activities. To qualify for the role, you must have o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. o Able to synthesize and analyze information coherently and succinctly. Able to bring together a variety of perspectives and sources across the domain to deliver impactful analysis that supports business priorities. o Demonstrates expertise in information sources relevant to the domain. o Understands the firm's go-to-market strategy and service delivery models, how core business services support the business, and how knowledge analytics and measurement enables exceptional client service and high performing teams. Experience o 2-4 years of experience in respective sector, business analysis, industry research, management consulting or business performance o Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis skills o Good project and time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines o Expert in information sources relevant to the domain o Experience of working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment o Collaborative and able to work well both as part of a team and independently o Able to explain difficult concepts in a clear, concise and graphic-rich style, using appropriate analytics and visualization tools. o Understanding of internal stakeholders and external clients' needs and concerns; responds with a sense of urgency o Ability to take ownership for delivering customized projects with a degree of autonomy; adept at working on a number of projects simultaneously. o Knowledge and experience within a professional services environment an advantage o Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and analytical + AI tools
