Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for industrial Paints & consumables.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Manage existing key accounts and build strong client relationships.
Promote industrial paint products and other Product to relevant sectors.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Work closely with the technical and production teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery, service, and communication.
Travel to client sites, industrial zones, and project locations as needed.
Payment collection within credit terms.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
4 years
of relevant marketing experience in
industrial raw materials
or
consumables
.
Experience or strong understanding of
industrial paint/coatings
is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and applications.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market development.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
