Key Responsibilities



Digital Marketing & Ads



Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI. Support SEO efforts for websites and Google Business listings.

Content & Social Media



Manage and grow social media profiles for multiple businesses. Create engaging posts, short videos, and promotions tailored to each brand. Coordinate with designers/photographers for high-quality content.

Local Marketing & Partnerships



Assist in creating flyers, posters, and event materials. Support community engagement efforts (giveaways, local partnerships, sponsorships). Help build referral programs and loyalty campaigns.

Reporting & Strategy



Track campaign performance and provide regular reports. Suggest creative ideas to increase customer acquisition. Stay updated on marketing trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred but not required). 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Manager (remote or onsite). Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, reporting tools, and online collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, WhatsApp/Slack, etc.). Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently. Strong integrity and confidentiality with company-sensitive data. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems without constant direction.
Preferred Qualities:

Previous exposure to operations in service industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, automotive, or food & beverage). Experience preparing management reports and insights. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. Long-term career mindset; seeking stability and growth.
