Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach activities to promote the hospital's services, increase patient acquisition, and build brand awareness. This role involves fieldwork, relationship-building with referral doctors, organizing health camps and events, and digital and offline marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Outreach:

Identify and approach potential referral sources (e.g., general practitioners, clinics, diagnostic centers). Maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and other healthcare partners. Generate and follow up on patient leads through various channels. Promote hospital services, specialties, and new offerings.

Marketing Activities:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online and offline). Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.) in targeted areas. Coordinate and organize health camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), wellness programs, and community outreach events. Support digital marketing efforts including social media and email campaigns (if required).

Administration & Reporting:

Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, and lead conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance updates. Collect feedback from patients and referral partners to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or similar role. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Good understanding of healthcare and hospital services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
