Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Executive who can balance on-field client engagement with digital campaign execution. The role will involve meeting school administrators, IT decision-makers, and education influencers to promote our services and products, while also managing online presence and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:Field Marketing (Primary Focus):- - Visit schools, coaching centers, and institutions to pitch- Meet business clients and IT leads to introduce the product.- Conduct product demos and represent the brand in exhibitions or events.- Build relationships and maintain follow-ups with potential leads.- Collect real-world insights to improve marketing strategies.Digital Marketing (Secondary Focus) : - Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Ads.- Create marketing content: brochures, videos, social posts, and emailers.- Manage lead funnels using CRM tools.- Support SEO and Google Ads campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing and digital marketing.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads.- Owns a two-wheeler (preferred for local travel). Preferred Traits : - Confidence in client-facing roles and cold visits.- Energetic, self-motivated, and good at handling objections.- Experience in EdTech or IT services marketing is a big plus.
