About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to be the face of our organization across both digital and offline platforms. This role demands a combination of strong presentation skills, event management capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Social Media Presence:

Represent the organization as the face on social media platforms, engaging with audiences through videos, live sessions, and other content formats.

2.

Training Calendar Management:

Plan, coordinate, and ensure the execution of the training calendar in alignment with organizational priorities.

3.

Offline Event Management:

Organize and host offline events, managing vendors and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

4.

Marketing Operations:

Oversee day-to-day marketing operations. Manage MIS, reporting, and cross-functional collaborations. Plan and coordinate merchandise requirements.

Skills & Attributes:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage. Confident and comfortable in front of the camera. High energy, proactive, and ready to hustle. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

Science graduate with proven experience (minimum 2 years) in handling the above responsibilities.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
