The Executive - Marketing (Digital) will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities of Semina Agro, including social media, online promotions, content coordination, branding, lead generation, and e-commerce visibility. The role focuses on strengthening the company's digital presence and supporting sales and branding initiatives.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Manage and update all official digital platforms:
Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
YouTube
WhatsApp Channels
Plan and post regular content (minimum 3-5 posts weekly).
Coordinate with graphic designers and digital agencies for creatives.
Respond to customer queries received through social media.
Run targeted campaigns for kitchen garden kits, agri-tools, seeds, and field programs.
B. Website & E-Commerce Handling
Update product listings, pricing, and descriptions on Semina Agro's e-commerce portal.
Monitor online orders, customer responses, and product performance.
Coordinate with Trade Team for stock updates and dispatch timelines.
Explore additional e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc.) for listing.
C. Lead Generation & CRM Support
Generate leads through digital ads, posts, and promotions.
Forward verified leads to sales and business development teams.
Maintain and update CRM with digital enquiries.
Track lead performance and submit a weekly digital leads report.
D. Branding & Content Development
Prepare content for posts, ads, newsletters, and brochures.
Capture field photos and videos during visits for content creation.
Create storytelling posts highlighting Semina Agro's extension work and success stories.
Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all platforms.
E. Digital Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of posts, campaigns, and page engagement.
Prepare a weekly report showing reach, impressions, leads, and growth.
Suggest improvements based on analytics and industry trends.
F. Coordination & Support
Work closely with:
Trade Business Team - product promotions
Execution Team - field updates, project stories
Business Development Team - proposal branding, presentations
Provide digital support for events, training programs, and exhibitions.
3. Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
Proficiency in social media management tools
Basic graphic designing (Canva or similar)
Understanding of digital ads (Meta, Google Ads preferred)
Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

4. Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with skills may also apply)
Experience in agri-sector branding will be an added advantage
