Title : Marketing Executive - Bio WasteLocation: OnsiteType: FulltimeKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a marketing plan for briquettes and pellets to promote sales and achieve business objectives.- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, distributors and other stakeholders in the industry.- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and industry trends.- Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and online content.- Plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.Desired Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, techniques and should be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or Bio waste management industry.- Proven track record of successfully creating and executing marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased sales.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently.- Proficiency in using marketing software tools and platforms.
