We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team at
Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi
Locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
This job role will be directly reporting to Vice President - Operations
Education and Experience
BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy/Industrial Engineering
Experience: 3 - 5 years
- Marketing / Sales experience of Industrial and Commercial customers, direct sales rather than through distributors
- Work experience in Energy Efficiency / Safety / Reliability / Sustainability streams
- Handling customers with different processes like buildings, various industrial processes
- Basic knowledge of software platforms like EMS / BMS etc.
Responsibilities
Clear understanding of Bigeta Energy Services
- Thorough understanding of all services and products of Bigeta Energy
- Understand application of the above services and products in industries and commercial buildings
- Presenting to customer as an advisor to their pain points rather than a typical sales person
- Ability to improvise the offers for different applications with different customers
- Convincing the customers about the benefits of the various applications with respect to respective processes and operations
- Conducting in-house workshops and seminars at customer places
- Develop a strong bond with the different levels of the customers to get positive feed back at all levels
- Conversion of orders for various services and products
- Support the execution team by arriving at clear understanding of deliverables to customers and success criteria

Meetings with required number of prospective customers on a weekly basis and reporting to HO with details
Generate enough prospects to convert them to orders so as to meet the assigned targets based on hit rate
Conversion of orders from various industrial commercial customers in the assigned area
Ownership of the customers and get involved in all actions to bring everything to logical conclusions
Regular meetings with the customers to ascertain timely conversion of orders, smooth execution and handover with agreed success criteria
Upscaling of the existing customers with additional business through various offers of Bigeta Energy
Meeting the assigned and mutually agreed Sales Targets, monthly / quarterly and annually
Support in realisation of payments based on agreed terms with customers
