The role demands a creative, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the motorcycle lifestyle and can help elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and engage with our growing rider community.Responsibilities :- Execute marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.- Manage social media channels and assist in digital advertising efforts.- Work with the central marketing team for creative content and design development.- Coordinate with the sales team to develop retail marketing initiatives.- Organize and support motorcycle events, rides, and trade shows.- Monitor marketing performance metrics and report results.- Assist in building relationships with influencers and media outlets.- Support development of dealer marketing kits and promotional tools.- Develop brand awareness and visibility campaigns at retail channels.Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing; automotive/lifestyle sector is a plus.- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g. Canva).- Proficiency in social media, digital ads is a plus.- This role is predominantly BTL/offline-focused, requiring hands-on experience in marketing planning, events, activations, and promotions.- Good understanding of brand positioning and marketing funnels.- Passion for motorcycling and understanding of motorcycle accessories is a strong plus.Key Attributes :- Creative and detail-oriented.- Strong communication and copywriting skills.- Analytical and performance-driven.- Team player with ability to multitask.- Energetic and self-motivated.
