The ideal candidate will possess strong creative abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of current market trends.- Key Responsibilities:- - Marketing Strategy Development:- - Collaborate with senior management to define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.- Develop annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, defined campaign objectives, and measurable KPIs.- Brand Management:- - Develop and maintain a robust brand identity across all marketing channels.- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation across all digital, print, and social media communications.- Digital Marketing:- - Plan and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns, encompassing email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives.- Analyze and optimize digital channels to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates.- Market Research:- - Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and marketing performance metrics to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.- Content Creation & Management:- - Develop compelling, high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.- Oversee the creation of engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) in collaboration with the design team.- Campaign Management:- - Execute and manage marketing campaigns, encompassing planning, implementation, tracking, and performance reporting.- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:- - Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through both online and offline marketing channels.- Create engaging content and initiatives to cultivate customer relationships and enhance customer retention. Event Marketing & PR :- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.- Coordinate with public relations teams to effectively manage media relations and enhance overall brand visibility.- Collaboration & Teamwork:- - Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives and contribute to business growth.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, customer service) to ensure seamless campaign execution.- Reporting & Analytics:- - Track marketing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).- Present comprehensive marketing performance reports to management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.- Qualifications:- - Educational Background:- - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Experience:- - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in digital marketing or brand management.- Demonstrated success in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.- Technical Skills:- - Proficient knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).- Soft Skills:- - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.- Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.- Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.- Desirable Skills:- - Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are highly desirable.- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and affiliate marketing principles.
