Overview:

The Transportation TMS Excellence Specialist's primary responsibilities include:Support new deployment and upgrade implementation activities Provide process excellence expertise and advise on best practices Support development of playbooks and toolkits

Responsibilities:
Develop playbook, documentation, and community for TMS knowledge management Develop TMS TMS training courses, videos, case studies and engage TMS User community in collaboration with PEP University Incorporate market and sector training feedback into TMS curriculum and maintain list of certified Users Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution Provide hyper care support and any additional support after solution go-live

Qualifications:
Fluent in English 9-12 years of experience in supply chain management & 6+ years of experience working with JDA/BY TM. Process design, knowledge management experience Business acumen and solid knowledge of applications and implementing logistics technologies Preferred experience Transportation management experience in CPG organization * Technical experience with some of the following elements of the BY Transportation Management suite: Transportation Mgr., Transportation Planner, Transportation Modeler, Transportation Smartbench
